These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tap Restock mobile application, website and related services ("Tap Restock", the "App" or the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing or using Tap Restock, you agree to these Terms.

Tap Restock is a household restocking and organisation application designed to help users organise household items, track stock and restocking needs, manage shopping lists and interact with NFC hubs or tags.
Tap Restock is an organisational tool.
It is not intended to replace your own judgement or responsibility for purchasing, storing or using household products.
You must be legally permitted to use the Services under the laws applicable to you.
If you are using Tap Restock on behalf of another person, household or organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You retain responsibility for information you enter into Tap Restock, including item names, notes, quantities, photographs and other household information.

Tap Restock does not guarantee that inventory information will always be accurate, complete or available.
You should not rely solely on Tap Restock to determine whether a household product is available, safe to use or suitable for consumption.
Tap Restock may support NFC hubs, tags or other physical accessories.
NFC functionality may depend on your device, operating system, hardware, tag type and other technical factors.
We do not guarantee that every NFC tag or device will operate with every version of Tap Restock.
You are responsible for properly placing and maintaining physical NFC tags or hubs.
Tap Restock may provide reminders, notifications or other prompts relating to restocking.
These features are provided for convenience.
We do not guarantee that every reminder or notification will be delivered at a particular time or at all.
You remain responsible for monitoring your household supplies and purchasing needs.
Tap Restock may allow you to create shopping lists or organise items for in-person or online purchasing.
Tap Restock does not guarantee:
Information displayed through third-party retailers may change without notice.
Tap Restock may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers or shopping platforms.
If you purchase something through an affiliate link, Tap Restock may receive a commission.
Affiliate relationships do not mean that Tap Restock guarantees, endorses or is responsible for the third-party product, retailer or transaction.
Your purchase is directly with the applicable third party and is subject to that third party's terms and policies.
Tap Restock may offer certain features for a one-time fee, subscription, promotional price or other payment structure.
The applicable price and payment terms will be presented before purchase.
Prices may vary by country, platform, currency, taxes or applicable promotions.
Where purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment and refund matters may also be governed by the applicable platform's terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Where a promotion provides lifetime access, "lifetime" means the lifetime of the applicable Tap Restock product or feature and does not necessarily mean the lifetime of the purchaser.
Tap Restock, including its name, logo, design, interface, graphics, software, text, features and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Tap Restock unless otherwise stated.
You may use the Services only for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Tap Restock, including photographs, notes and other information that you create.
By submitting content to Tap Restock, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, display and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
We do not claim ownership of your household information or photographs merely because you use Tap Restock.

Where appropriate, you should maintain your own records of information that is particularly important to you.
Tap Restock may depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics services, payment providers, app stores and retailers.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies or actions of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Tap Restock is provided as a household organisation and restocking tool.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tap Restock does not guarantee that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tap Restock and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms or violation of another person's rights.
You may stop using Tap Restock at any time.
You may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable account-deletion procedures.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms in Singapore, subject to mandatory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you.
