How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Unlock screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
My NFC tag won't open the hub.
Hold the top of your iPhone against the tag for a second. See the NFC tag guide for tips on tag types and placement.
How do I invite someone to my household?
Open Settings in the app and share an invite link. Invited people see the shared shopping list only.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete my account. You can also email us from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
